Broadly speaking, our services fall into one of the three outlined below:
Contingency Permanent recruitment
If you do not want to retain any one agency, we can work on a “contingency” basis – whereby we only receive a fee when we find a candidate that starts in a position for you. The process is as follows:
Contract recruitment
If you do not need an individual on a permanent basis – perhaps it is a specific project or you need to cover someone who is on maternity leave or while someone works a notice period before joining – we can provide skilled individuals to undertake the role who are contracted through our company.
The selection process is per contingency permanent recruitment but the individual is contracted by our organisation and we bill you on a weekly basis for their services.
Retained Permanent Search
You retain M3 to be your dedicated recruitment partner for one or several roles. We then dedicate our team to identifying the best candidates for your role. We are paid against project milestones and the process is as follows:
